If you wonder why, there are two reasons. The first is that I want to be open and honest about most things, and this site is one of those things. The second, which is why it happened now, rather than at some point down the line, is that the EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications took effect for Norway, as a signatory to the EEA agreement.
